Duplico d.o.o. collects the following types of informations on Duplico d.o.o. sites:

Duplico d.o.o. has the function of processing personal data in accordance with the applicable law.

This Privacy Statement does not apply to Duplico d.o.o. which are not related to this Privacy Policy or third-party web pages.

Part of our online advertising, is through Google Display Advertising service. As part of this program, we use Google Analytics features such as Retargeting. In accordance to this feature and other features offered by advertising networks, we and network advertising operators, including Google, can use third-party cookies (such as DoubleClick cookies), and in some cases, cookies from the first party (such as a Google Analytics cookie) , to inform, optimize and offer advertisements across the Internet based on previous user visits by Duplico d.o.o. When you visit the site of Duplico d.o.o., we can also show you the ads of our affiliates.

Your personal information are only being shared with third parties as described below. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third Party Advertising and Internet Behavioral Advertising

Third party web sites and mobile services may receive Internet ads for Duplico d.o.o products and services. which are adjusted for you, for example, based on the information provided on the Duplico d.o.o. or on a third-party online page you visit or based on your browsing, buying, or interest activity. Such types of customized web advertisers can come from several sources, such as:

Information that don’t identify you, which we received from cookies and other tracking technologies from Duplico d.o.o. sites, are shareable with our advertising service providers.
Some Duplico d.o.o. sites participate in online behavioral advertising (sometimes referred to as retargeting or interest-based advertising). You can identify these pages using the “Advertising Choices” link at the footer. On the day this Privacy Statement came into force, there was no industry standard on how to respond to those signals. Therefore, Duplico d.o.o. currently does not match those signals. As noted above, advertisers who use your browsing history to offer you Internet Behavioral Advertising can be disabled by visiting advertising opportunities.

Affiliates, Sellers and Suppliers

We cooperate with suppliers and affiliates. They help us in business as well as determining who needs to have access to your personal information when providing services to Duplico d.o.o. We will not authorize these parties to use your personal information for any purpose other than the business of Duplico d.o.o. and related affiliates. We also don’t share personal data from countries that require cajolement, unless cajolement was given prior the sharing with related affiliates. They’re recquired to process your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

The sites of related brands

We can make partnerships with other companies to provide content or services on a shared basis by related brands. The related brands site will show the Duplico d.o.o. logo, as well as logo of the affiliated partners. The duty of the responsible data protection authority in Croatia is to ensure that the country of Croatia adheres to the privacy law. In every communication with Duplico d.o.o. please provide your email address, web site address, mobile application, and / or the product of Duplico d.o.o. to whom you have provided your personal information (eg hr.duplico.com) as well as a detailed explanation of your request. If you would like to delete, modify or correct your personal information and email us, enter the “Deletion Request” or “Amendment / Correction Request” ( Change or correction request). We will respond to all reasonable requests in a timely manner, and we may need to further validate your identity to process specific requests.

Data security

Duplico d.o.o. performs reasonable technical, administrative and physical controls to protect all personal information collected through the Duplico d.o.o. However, there is always a risk that an unauthorized third party might intercept an online transfer or that someone will find a way to disrupt our security systems. Please be extremely careful when sending personal information online, especially financial information. Duplico d.o.o. does not warrant that unauthorized third parties will not have access to your personal information. Therefore, when submitting personal information to Duplico d.o.o. you must strike the benefits and the risks.

Third Party Sites and Social Network Add-ons

This Privacy Statement does not apply to Duplico d.o.o. sites that are not related to this Privacy Statement or third-party web sites that can be linked to the Duplico d.o.o. Duplico d.o.o. sites can use social network add-ons (“Like“ on Facebook, “Share“ on Twitter) to allow you to easily share information with others. When you visit the Duplico d.o.o. web site, a social networking server on your computer or other electronic device may set up a cookie that allows this operator to recognize individuals who have previously visited our site.
