This Online Privacy Statement ("Privacy Policy") explains how we use the personal data provided on our websites, mobile sites, mobile applications, and other digital services and products controlled by Duplico d.o.o., Svetonedeljska cesta 18, 10436 Rakov Potok, Kalinovica, Croatia, which are related to this Privacy Policy (collectively:  "website of Duplico d.o.o."). Duplico d.o.o. has the function of a personal data processing manager in accordance with the competent law.

This Privacy Statement does not apply to Duplico d.o.o. websites that are not linked to this Privacy Policy or to third-party websites.

Types of information we collect online

This section describes the types of personal data we may collect while you use Duplico d.o.o. websites and includes both the information you provide and the information we collect automatically when you use Duplico d.o.o. websites.

For the purposes of this Privacy Statement, "personal data" is information that identifies you or that can be reasonably used to identify you. Examples of personal information include name, address, phone number, and email address.

What information do we collect?

You do not need to register for a service or program to receive a large part of the information available through Duplico d.o.o.'s website. Advertising and analytics of website visits

In advertising, we use Google Display Advertising (i.e. its Services Retargeting with Google Analytics, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, DoubleClick Campaign Manager integration, and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting) to (1) show you our ads on other websites based on your previous visits to Duplico d.o.o. websites and (2) better understand the impressions made by our ads and the use of advertising services. For Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting, we may use data from Google's interest-based advertising or third-party audience data (such as age, gender, and interests) with Google Analytics to understand and improve our marketing campaigns and page content.

First and third-party cookies

Part of our online advertising takes place through Google Display Advertising. As part of this program, we use Google Analytics features such as Retargeting. In connection with this feature and other features offered by advertising networks, we and advertising network operators, including Google, may use third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie), and in some cases, first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie), to inform, optimize and offer advertisements across the Internet based on user’s previous visits to Duplico d.o.o. sites. Mobile Device Tracking

Some Duplico d.o.o. websites are also available as mobile applications or mobile sites that you can use on your mobile device. If you use a mobile device to access and use Duplico d.o.o.'s websites, in addition to previously written information, we may collect the following information specific to the mobile device: device identification number or advertisement, device type, type of hardware, media access address ("MAC"), the international identity of mobile equipment ("IMEI"), version of your mobile operating system, a platform that you use to access Duplico d.o.o.'s website or for its download (e.g. Apple, Google, Amazon, Windows), location information and usage information for your device and your use of Duplico d.o.o.

Information collected from other sources

We may combine information about you so that the information recorded when visiting one site of Duplico d.o.o. with information recorded when visiting other websites of Duplico d.o.o. We may also combine information about you collected on Duplico d.o.o. with information we have collected offline as well as information we have received from third parties.

How do we use your information?

We only share your personal information with third parties as described below. We do not sell or lease personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-party advertising and online behavioral advertising

On third-party websites and mobile services, you may receive internet advertisements for Duplico d.o.o. products and services tailored to you, for example, based on the information you provide on Duplico d.o.o.'s website or on the third-party website you visit or based on your browsing, shopping or interest activity. Therefore, Duplico d.o.o. is not currently responding to these signals. As noted above, advertisers who use your browsing history to offer you online behavioral ads can be disabled by visiting advertising opportunities.

Subsidiaries, resellers, and suppliers

We work with suppliers and subsidiaries. They help us in doing business and in determining who must necessarily have access to your personal data during the provision of services to Duplico d.o.o. We will not authorize these parties to use your personal data for any purpose that is not related to the business of Duplico d.o.o. and its affiliated subsidiaries. We also do not share personal data from countries that require consent unless consent has been obtained prior to sharing with affiliated subsidiaries. We require them to process your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

Pages of associated brands

We may partner with other companies to provide you with content or services based on affiliated brands. On the page of the associated brands, the logo of the company Duplico d.o.o. and the logo of the partner of the associated brand will be displayed on the screen. You should read the Privacy Policy of each of our affiliated partners as it may differ in some respects from our Privacy Policy. If you contact Duplico d.o.o. regarding your experience of using one of our products, we may use the information you provide when submitting a report to a designated government regulatory authority, as required by law.

Legal rights and obligations

Duplico d.o.o. does not knowingly collect or use personal information directly from children on its website (Duplico group defines "children" as minors under the age of 18). We do not knowingly allow children to order our products to communicate with us or use any of our online services. If you are a parent and have learned that your child has provided us with information, please contact us in one of the ways listed below and we will solve the problem with you.

Your privacy choices

You have the right to obtain and obtain a copy of the personal data we retain about you, and you have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data about you. Each data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to us in a machine-readable format. In any communication with Duplico d.o.o., be sure to provide your e-mail address, website address, mobile application and/or a specific product of Duplico d.o.o. to which you have provided your personal data (e.g., hr.duplico.com) as well as a detailed explanation of your request.

If you would like to delete, modify or correct your personal data and you are contacting us by e-mail, enter the phrase "Deletion Request" or the phrase "Amendment/Correction Request" in the subject e-mail field. We will respond to any reasonable requests in a timely manner and may need to further verify your identity in order to process certain requests.

Data security

Duplico d.o.o. performs reasonable technical, administrative, and physical controls in order to protect all personal data collected through Duplico d.o.o. However, there is always a dose of risk that an unauthorized third party might intercept the webcasting or that someone will find a way to disrupt our security systems. Please exercise extreme caution when sending personal data online, especially financial-related information. Duplico d.o.o. does not guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not have access to your personal data. Therefore, when sending personal data to the company Duplico d.o.o. you must weigh both the benefits and the risks.

Third-party websites and social media plugins

This Privacy Statement does not apply to Duplico d.o.o. websites that are not linked to this Privacy Statement or to third-party websites to which Duplico d.o.o. websites may link. Duplico d.o.o. pages may use social plug-ins (e.g., the "Like" button on Facebook, the "Share on Twitter" button) to allow you to easily share information with others. When you visit Duplico d.o.o.'s website, the operator of social plug-ins on your computer or other electronic devices may set a cookie that allows that operator to identify individuals who have previously visited our site.
